Shipping Information
Lead Time
Standard orders ship within 15 days from order confirmation. Rush orders available — please specify your deadline at the time of inquiry.
Shipping Methods
- Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) — Most economical for large orders. Departure ports: Ningbo & Shanghai.
- Air Freight — For urgent and sample shipments.
- Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) — For samples and small orders under 100kg.
Incoterms
We support all major Incoterms:
- FOB Ningbo / Shanghai (default)
- EXW (Ex Works) Haining factory
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) to your destination port
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — special arrangement

We provide all necessary export documents:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
- Certificate of Origin
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

Returns & Quality Issues
Quality Guarantee
All products undergo strict IPC inspection at every stage. We provide pre-shipment inspection reports and accept third-party inspections (SGS, BV, Intertek).
Defect Claims
If you receive defective products, please notify us within 15 days of receipt with:
- Photos and videos of the defects
- Order number and quantity affected
- Inspection report (if applicable)
Resolution
For verified quality issues, we offer:
- Replacement in your next order
- Credit toward future purchases
- Full or partial refund (case by case)
Custom OEM Orders
Custom OEM products are non-returnable unless they fail to meet agreed specifications. We strongly recommend confirming samples before bulk production.
